MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Payments are due on the first of each month. Payment methods are as follows:

*Please note: These are different for The Barn and The Stables – see below.

Payments for The Barn:

CashApp: Send to $1885farms

Check: Checks can be made payable to “1885 Farms, LLC”

Credit/debit card: Subject to 5% added fee. Please contact Audrey for payment link for the wedding barn.

Payments for The Stables:

IMPORTANT DUE DATES:

DUE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, DURING THE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING: (For example, if your barn wedding date is September 23rd, the due date would be August 1st.)

1. Event Liability Insurance Certificate. Your event liability insurance must be valid for your wedding date and be in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate. This insurance can be purchased at wedsafe.com. Certificates can be emailed to richville5553@gmail.com.

2. Proof of Bartender’s Liability Insurance. *REQUIRED ONLY FOR COUPLES WHO BOOKED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2024. Your bartender must carry $1,000,000 in liability coverage. For weddings in The Barn, “1885 Farms LLC, 5553 Richville Dr. LLC and all affiliates” must be added as an additional insured rider. For weddings at The Stables, “1764 Ben Fulton Rd, LLC and all affiliates” must be added as an additional insured rider. Proof of insurance can be emailed to richville5553@gmail.com.

3. Refundable damage deposit. Damage deposits can be sent using the same payment method you use to make your monthly payments. For our records, this payment must be sent separately from your final payment for the venue. The damage deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your wedding date, provided there are no damages.

4. Wedding Day Questionnaire for The Stables. Please note: This is only required for weddings at The Stables. If you are getting married in The Barn, we will go over these things during your wedding barn Decor Consultation. Completed questionnaires can be emailed to Audrey at richville5553@gmail.com.
