THE BARN VENUE
Built in 1885 and shaped as an octagon with eight equal sides, this unique barn venue overlooks 50 sprawling acres and our flower fields. The Barn is an authentic piece of history that exudes rustic charm without sacrificing any of the modern day amenities.

THE SPACE
“The space was an absolute dream. The light in The Barn is magical. Having three levels in the barn was great for the flow of the evening. The outdoor cocktail hour space was stunning, the ceremony space was simply magical, dancing under the gazebo was super romantic and the flower fields were a wonderful place for us and our guests to enjoy.” -Sasha
Reception Space – located on the main level of The Barn venue, this jaw dropping octagonal space features stunning 55-foot ceilings, farmhouse chandeliers, a stunning curved staircase and massive double doors that open to our attached covered gazebo.
Ceremony Spaces – choose from five stunning ceremony locations: the octagonal gazebo, pine trees, flower field, lower level patio, or sparkling pond. In case of rain, we’ve quite literally got you covered – our octagonal gazebo, adorned with glowing string lights, offers coverage from the elements without sacrificing those gorgeous flower farm views, and is conveniently attached to the main level of The Barn!
Cocktail Hour Lounge – located on the lower level of The Barn, this rustic space features a large bar, cocktail tables, yard games, string lighting, and wall length sliding barn doors that open up to a wrap around patio for your guests to soak in the scenery.
Loft – this charming space overlooking the main dining area can be used for DJ setups, photo booth areas, a semi-private lounge space or additional guest seating for dinner
Attached Gazebo – attached to the main dining level, this covered octagonal gazebo can be used for ceremonies, additional guest seating or dancing beneath the string lights
Patio with Fire Features – spacious stamped concrete lower patio with cocktail tables, concrete gas fire features and lots of comfortable seating
Bar – large bar located on the lower level, featuring a commercial ice machine, sinks, and refrigerators
Catering Kitchen – a private space for your caterers, featuring a warming cabinet, sinks, microwave and commercial refrigeration
Restrooms – four handicap accessible restrooms (two on the lower level and two on the main level)
“The wildflower garden provided a stunning backdrop for the whole day. We always envisioned an outdoor wedding, and 1885 Farms blew it out of the water. Our ceremony perfectly captured our love of the outdoors. Our cocktail hour was downstairs on the patio, which was a perfect location for games and drinks before dinner. After dinner upstairs on the main level, we moved back downstairs to dance on the outdoor patio. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect layout. WHAT’s INCLUDED
“We opted to pick our own flowers and make our own arrangements for every aspect of our wedding. I spent three hours the day before with some friends and family cutting flowers, and WOW did our arrangements and bouquets turn out amazing! Farm Fresh Florals – our flower fields are located directly next to The Barn venue. August through October, couples can create their own fresh bouquets and centerpieces! Is there anything dreamier than using locally sourced farm fresh flowers direct from your venue? We think not!
Farm Tables and/or Round Tables – handcrafted wooden farm tables add charming farmhouse vibes, while round banquet tables offer a more traditional look. Enjoy a custom-designed layout tailored specifically for your event!
Reception Seating – white birch Chiavari chairs, individually hand distressed, add to the country charm of the space
Ceremony Seating – rustic eight-foot benches are handcrafted from century-old barnwood and are the perfect complement to the charming and rustic style of The Barn
Venue Attendants – two staff members present throughout your event to direct guests, answer questions, manage trash, restock restrooms, and help clean up
Bartender – professional and experienced bartenders are dedicated to providing top-notch bar service! You provide the alcohol, mixers and cups and we arrange the rest.
Security Officer – complimentary security is included during the last four hours of the reception
Engagement Photos – couples receive complimentary use of The Barn and flower fields prior to the wedding to take their engagement photos
Rehearsal – couples have access to The Barn to rehearse for The Big Day

The Bridal Suite – This spacious and elegant suite is a bride’s dream! A sophisticated space for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready for The Big Day, this light and airy studio features five individual styling stations with tons of natural light, ample counter space and outlets, a kitchenette, lounge area, and private dressing rooms.

The Cowboy Suite – This spacious and stylish “man cave” was designed for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for The Big Day. Featuring a virtual golf simulator, lounge area with 72 inch TV, kitchenette, custom bar, and private dressing rooms, this suite offers a truly unforgettable experience for the guys!

WEDDING DECORATING
Decorating Service – our most popular add-on, this is a must-have service at an incredible value! Ditch the countless hours searching for the perfect decor, storing, transporting, and figuring out what to do with it after the wedding! We have everything you need, seriously. Our unmatched Decorating Service includes access to our massive selection of on-trend wedding decor, private decor consultation and planning session with our decorating specialist, complete set up of decorations, and tear down of decorations. We want to create your own personal “Best Day Ever”!

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

The Barn Estate – This sprawling 8,500 square foot brick estate features eight bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, theater room with massaging recliners, gas fireplaces, jacuzzi tub, and lots of entertaining space. The finished basement is equipped with a large steam room, dedicated fitness room, and impressive game room with skeeball, ping pong, Pop-A-Shot, Pac Man arcade games, black jack table, and more! Outside you’ll enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, firepit, stocked fishing pond, walking trails and much more!

The Honeymoon Suite – After the wedding, couples can sneak away to spend their first night together in our newly built luxury suite. Located just steps from The Barn, this romantic, spa-like couple’s suite features a massive walk-in shower with rain heads and soaking tub, indoor fireplace, king bed, and a private walkout patio with hot tub and fire pit. It’s the perfect end to the perfect day with your new spouse!

The Original Farmhouse – This charming farmhouse was built in the 1870s and was the original companion homestead for The Barn. Newly updated in 2021, the home features three large bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining space, large porch and backyard. A short walk through the yard and across a wooded trail leads to The Barn Estate. This home is perfect for guests who want to enjoy the festivities at The Barn Estate while also having a private space to retreat to when the day is over.

BOOKING YOUR DATE
When you’re ready to book our barn venue, simply reach out with your desired date and any add ons you’d like to include. You can sign your contract electronically and send in your $1000 retainer through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, by check or credit card. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments. Payments are due on the first of each month.
Couples who pay in full upon booking automatically receive a 5% discount off of the total package rate.
