WEDDING PACKAGES INCLUDE:

CEREMONY SPACE

Woodland Setting – Our unique outdoor wedding ceremony space is the ultimate romantic setting to exchange your vows! This whimsical wooded area is surrounded by trees near a winding creek. “Floating” farmhouse windows are suspended from wire along the perimeter to create a defined space while adding a touch of charm.

Cedar Double Doors – The bridal aisle winds through a canopy of trees, leading to a pair of freestanding cedar double doors that open into the ceremony space to create that dramatic grand entrance!

Ceremony Seating – Our antique church pews are over 100 years old and were saved from a historic church in Sandusky, Ohio. These timeless beauties add unexpected charm to the space and can accommodate up to 200 guests at this wedding venue.

Covered Gazebo – This wooden structure is the perfect “stage” for the bride and groom to exchange their vows. A beaded chandelier adds a touch of elegance, while the overhead beams can be personalized with drapery, greenery and florals.

RECEPTION SPACE

Canopy Tent – Our 1400 square foot white canopy tent is set up in the sprawling backyard against a backdrop of sparkling water. With 360 degree views, this timeless reception space provides a blank slate to make your “Pinterest-worthy” wedding dreams come true!

Paved Tent Floor – The paved concrete floor beneath the tent canopy allows your guests to stay dry and comfortable the whole night through.

Tables – We provide 60 inch round tables for up to 200 guests. We also have a selection of eight foot rectangular tables for the head table, buffet, dessert table, appetizer table, card and gift table, and guestbook table. All tables and chairs will be set up in your desired configuration when you arrive for your weekend stay!

Chairs – White padded resin garden chairs, newly purchased in 2024, provide comfortable seating with a classic look for up to 200 guests.

Dance Floor – Our 18 x 18 foot dance floor serves as a central gathering space during the reception and encourages guests to dance the night away!

Bar – Guests can grab a drink from our custom-built eight foot bar, which can be set up wherever you’d like.

Bartender – Our professional and experienced bartenders are dedicated to providing top-notch bar service. You provide the alcohol and we arrange the rest!

Venue Attendants – Two experienced 1885 Farms staff members will be on site throughout your event – from pre-ceremony arrivals through the end of the reception. Venue attendants aim to help the venue function optimally and are available to help direct guests to the various spaces at the appropriate times and manage ongoing cleanup during the evening.

Security Officer – For weddings where alcohol will be served, we include a professional security officer who will be present during the last four hours of the reception to ensure a safe experience for all your guests.

Electricity – The tent space is fully equipped with 50 amps of electricity, enough for your DJ, lighting, portable restroom trailer, and more!

Decorative and Functional Lighting – The interior of the tent is covered in a canopy of glowing string lights and has three sparkling crystal chandeliers that appear to be “suspended” mid air. Solar lights line the walkway between the driveway to the tent entrance.

THE WEEKEND STAY

Overnight Accommodations – Weddings at The Stables include a two night stay in our on-site luxury accommodations, The Stables Estate. This 10,000 square foot home is bursting with amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, movie theater, casino and game room, home gym, three kitchens, basketball and tennis courts, stocked pond, and MUCH MORE! Treat your closest friends and family to a full-blown wedding weekend that you’ll never forget!

WEDDING VENUE INVESTMENT

Weddings are accommodated seasonally, May-October.

2026 dates: $11,500

2027 dates: $12,000

Check in: Friday at 3pm

Ceremony and reception on Saturday

Check out: Sunday at 10am

*Additional days can be added at a rate of $2k/night

*Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day): additional $500/night

MAKING PAYMENTS

We value simplicity and transparency. As such, taxes are already included in the rates and there are absolutely no hidden fees. We do not charge “per person” – events are a flat rate and include everything listed above.

A $1,000 retainer is due upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is then split into equal monthly payments leading up to the Wedding Day. Payments are due on the first of each month.

Couples who pay in full upon booking automatically receive a 5% discount off of the total package rate.
